Leak Investigation and Waterproofing Services

Staff members have investigated and provided leak repair services to the owners of over 100 buildings in the past 10 years.  These include both residential buildings and commercial properties.  Building types include wood framed, masonry, and steel structures with both low and steep sloped roof systems.

We are regularly contracted by building owners to determine the reasons for chronic leak problems and provide solutions for repairs. 

Typical statements by building owners are "no one has been able to find this leak", "it doesn't leak all the time, only in heavy wind driven rain", "this area has leaked since the building was new".
