Project included the elevating existing house to allow for a new foundation.  A 22' x 16' addition was added to rear of the home.  All existing wiring, plumbing, etc was demolished.  The project also included the removal and replacement of existing windows with new double hung windows, new sliding doors, as well as Certainteed vinyl shingles and Koma PVC trim.  A new deck and railings was also added to the south elevation.  New oak hardwood floors and ceramic tile floors were also installed.
